Always Active Exercise Leader Training Workshops
Always Active is committed to providing annual Exercise Leader Training Workshops to its community partners and other older adult service organizations in San Francisco. These workshops are intended to build capacity within the community to offer safe and effective exercise programs for older adults. This component of Always Active is essential to facilitate sustainable and scalability of Always Active programming within the community.
